BuildBud operates on a single fixed fee of £1,650 + VAT for domestic home extensions, renovations and refurbishments.
The fee is split into two clear stages to ensure transparency and alignment from the outset.
Stage 1 – Initial Meet & House Survey
This is your opportunity to pick your BuildBud’s brain.
Includes:
- Initial on-site meeting
- Full measured house survey
- Early-stage guidance on feasibility, layout and build approach
- Practical advice shaped by real building experience
- Confirmation that the project is suitable to proceed
Stage 2 – Project Preparation & Completion
(payable on completion)
Includes:
- Architectural design tailored to your home
- Full Building Regulation drawings
- Structural calculations included
- Clear, fully itemised cost breakdown
- Planning application preparation (where required)
- Early-stage guidance shaped by real build experience
