No. BuildBud does not carry out construction work. Our role is to prepare your project so you are fully builder-ready.

Our fixed fee includes the initial meet and measured survey, architectural design, Building Regulation drawings, structural calculations, clear cost breakdowns and planning application preparation where required.
The total fixed fee is £1,650 + VAT, split into £250 + VAT for the initial meet and survey, and £1,400 + VAT payable on completion. New build houses are priced POA.
The paid survey ensures focused, practical advice tailored to your home and confirms the project scope before progressing.
No. Planning fees, Building Control fees and third-party charges are paid directly by the homeowner. We handle the admin.
No. Planning approval is decided by the local authority and cannot be guaranteed.
They are prepared using professional estimating software combined with real-world construction knowledge. Final costs depend on builders and market conditions.
Minor clarifications are included. Significant changes may incur an additional fee, agreed in advance.
We support projects across the West Midlands and surrounding areas. Architectural work is completed in-house.
Once all drawings, technical information and cost breakdowns are complete, you are fully prepared to approach builders. Our role then ends.
